About Emma

I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with Wesley Chapel Counseling. My areas of expertise include: Premarital Counseling, Marriages and Couples, Families, and Children. I have experience working with young couples, parents, families experiencing transitions, children recovering from trauma, and children with difficulty managing behavior.
I am certified in using the Prepare-Enrich Premarital Program, as well as using Dr. John Gottman’s extensive research in healing couples and marriages of all kinds. I have also completed specialized training in treating trauma and affairs using Dr. Gottman’s research, as well. I am physically located in the Tampa, FL area, but I am willing to provide online therapy sessions for anyone who resides in the state of Florida.

✓ Couples experiencing all kinds of issues from personality differences, conflict management, communication training, affairs, and transitions.

✓ Families in a variety of life stages, experiences, and appearances including parenting training

✓ Children of all ages, typically those with difficulty managing behavior or difficulty coping with emotions or trauma. Play therapy techniques may be utilized.
