A.R.T. for Art Program

Wesley Chapel Counseling and a volunteer team created and facilitate the A.R.T. for Art program in Georgia.

A.R.T. for Art is a program that helps Military (Veterans and Active Personnel) and First Responders in Georgia resolve and heal trauma. The program utilizes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) as it’s core trauma therapy for participants. The inspiration for the program is Art George, an Air Force Veteran and friend to many, whose life ended much too soon, in 2017.

A.R.T. for Art is offered as an intensive weekend experience in Marietta, Georgia. Currently these weekends are scheduled every 3 months (4 times a year). Using A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), a brief but very effective trauma therapy, as well as Mind-Body approaches such as Yoga Nidra, EFT Tapping, and Breathing Techniques, participants are able to reduce the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress and improve the quality of their lives.
